Thank you for your interest in booking a culinary tour with us. Below you’ll find a calendar that shows all the culinary & gourmet tours available. There are a few easy steps you have to follow in order to register and book a tour!

  1. Find a date when the tour you are interested in is available. Simply scroll down to the calendar and click on the arrows to find a month. The dates when tours are available will be marked in red.
  2. Click on the date you would like to do your tour and click on the tour slot to see details about your tour, such as name, short description, length, price and venue.
  3. To make a booking, please click on the link Sign In.
  4. You will be prompted to register in order to make your booking. Don’t worry! This will only take a few minutes. Create a login name (your email address) and a password. Please, make sure you provide a working email address because this is how Ambrosia Tours will communicate with you and will send confirmations.
  5. After creating your login profile, the system will ask you to fill out a form with more information, so we can get to know you better.
  6. Once you are registered, click on the tour slot you selected and click on New Booking. Fill in the details to complete your booking. You’ll be sent to a secure PayPal page to make your payment and approve your booking.
  7. The system will send you an email confirming your registration as well as the details about your tour.

Do you have special dietary needs? Please, carefully review the menus posted on each culinary tour to guarantee suitability and contact us prior to booking to ensure availability of substitute ingredients. For further information, read our Terms and Conditions of Service policy.

All tours required to be paid in full prior to approval and confirmation. Payments are handled through a secure PayPal page. Should you have questions about payment, please refer to our Terms and Conditions of Service policy or contact us if you have further questions.

Cancellation Policy

Ambrosia Culinary & Gourmet Tours specializes in small and customized culinary tours, so please understand that it may not be possible for us to fill out your spot should you need to cancel your booking. Cancellations will only be accepted with 2 weeks advanced notice prior to the tour date. Refunds will be processed in full minus an administrative fee of 10% of the total cost of the tour. If less than 2 weeks and up to 5 days’ notice is given, refunds of 50% of the total cost of the tour may be processed. No-shows or cancellations taking place with less than 5 days’ written notice will not be refunded. Ambrosia Culinary & Gourmet Tours reserves the right to cancel or substitute any culinary tour for another one of similar value and condition.
